For these reasons we guarantee this balustrade against any defect in our material or workmanship for as long as you own your home. Should any such defect occur, Titan Stairs, Utah will repair or replace the necessary components free of charge.
Natural wood has color variations that enhance the uniqueness of the design and should not be mistaken for defects. Additionally, Titan Stairs, Utah is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of improper usage; neither are we responsible for any damages caused by or attributed to Acts of God, fire or water.
